Root Wel (Muladhara) – “I am”
Location: Base of the spine; Element: Earth; Color: Red; Petals: 4; Chant: LAM
Insight: The first breath of your soul into matter echoes here. It anchors you into the Earth plane and holds karmic memories of survival, tribe, ancestral lineage, and early family patterns.
Energetic Imprint: 1. Spiritual: Represents your contract with Gaia. It’s where the soul agrees to embodiment.
2. Emotional: Trust, safety, and belonging arise from this wel.
3. Mental: It is programmed by early childhood beliefs around desire, safety and survival.
